I enjoy learning about myself, and playing Frisbee. I play the Djembe.
Future Plans
I would like to go onto graduate school to study biophysics of acupuncture.
Why Research?
It was a fun learning opportunity to be in an enriched learning environment. I got to learn from experts in the field.
What Did I Get from Research?
I was able to define my interests further as far as my future job. Research enhanced my interests, and narrowed what I am interested in.
How Did I Start?
I took cognitive neuroscience and the professor needed someone to work in his lab. I started working in the lab, and still work their. While working in the lab we discussed doing a UROP, and we went from there.
Advice for Another Student
Go for it. It will help you. It will be a good life experience.
