Margaret is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the majority of the University’s tech transfer related agreements, and serves as liaison to the Office of General Counsel.

Margaret attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where she received her B.S. in business administration (marketing and entrepreneurship) magna cum laude, and her MBA in marketing and management cum laude. She received her JD from Hamline University. Prior to joining the University, Margaret had her own law practice, and has over 15 years of consulting, marketing, and management experience.
