Katja has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, operations, and consulting. She is a certified Six Sigma BlackBelt and has worked at GE Fleet Services for a decade promoting an efficient and effective work culture where employees are valued for meeting customer needs. Her tenure includes leading a 50 person customer service center and leading the operation’s function for the GE Fleet Services platform in Switzerland. Most recently, she has taught at Rasmussen College as an Adjunct Business Instructor.

Katja received a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management. She has a Mini-Master’s of Software Design and Development from the University of St. Thomas.
