The company's initial business line is built around the Assurance Pharmaceutical Care System (APCS), a patent pending pharmaceutical care model reflected in software and services which provide comprehensive clinical and administrative support for pharmacists and others managing patient drug regimens. The APCS system developers include Linda Strand and Bob Cipolle from the School of Pharmacy.
