Innovations include:

	A new database to consolidate and search for all internal funding opportunities.
	A new database to improve process and presentation for Opportunities That Require Institutional Nominations (formerly Limited Applications).
	A new Funding Resources Website  to enhance and consolidate University-wide funding search tools and resources in order to improve the funding search capabilities for faculty, staff and students.

A new OVPR & University Libraries collaboration to offer one hour Grant Funding Resources Workshops for faculty and staff to search for grant opportunities:  http://www.lib.umn.edu/registration/index.phtml#eventidXX18.

The introduction of a new internal funding opportunity from the OVPR, The MN Futures Grant Program, specifically designed to foster new pathways of interdisciplinary research.
