Grant Writing Tips
Preparation is key to writing a successful proposal. Below are some tips to help prepare you for the proposal development process:

  1. Find the right funding source for your goals & objectives
  2. Follow the submission guidelines
  3. Make a reasonable timeline based on the submission deadline!
  4. Organize your proposal & use concise, persuasive writing to prove your need and plan
  5. Talk to the program officer -- that person is there to help!
